Reaching Out - PNE's Management Development Programme

Would you like to gain a nationally recognised management qualification?

PNE Development is offering a FREE management development programme to managers working in isolated rural communities in the North East

Fully funded through Capacitybuilders, 'Reaching Out' has been specifically designed to enhance the skills of managers in Voluntary and Community Sector organisations who work in and with isolated rural communities.  The programme will allow participants the opportunity to learn with their peers, share good practice and discuss current issues.

'Reaching Out' offers twelve hot topic development workshops with additional one-to-one assessments for those participants working towards a qualification.

Workshops include: 

• Financing your Organisation
• Sharing your Success - Effective Marketing and Promotion
• Maximising Personal
• Effectiveness
• Directing the Future
• Managing Staff and Volunteers
• Successful Project Management

'Reaching Out' offers participants the opportunity to gain an NVQ in Management (CMI accredited) or an NVQ in Management of Volunteers (ILM accredited) at levels 3, 4 or 5.  The qualification will be assessed via the pilot of our new online assessment system.
