Third sector organisations in the North West can apply for 100 per cent bursaries worth up to £10,000 each to join a leadership programme delivered by Manchester Metropolitan University.

The LEAD programme is a “10-month practical leadership journey focused on growing your business by building your leadership talent.” It is supported by the North West Development Agency.

The bursary awards will support up to three social enterprises or not-for-profit organisations that employ between five and 50 staff.
Bursaries will be awarded on a first-come basis to eligible organisations that can start on the programme, which begins on 2nd September 2010. Selection is by a short application and informal interview.
